The Korea Industrial Human Resource Corporation announced the selection of 22 operators for the 2025 Overseas Work Experience Support Project (WELL) and is recruiting young participants. This program aims to meet the global talent needs of domestic companies by providing young people with overseas work experience and job training opportunities.

This year’s selected operators have partnered with major overseas companies such as LG Chemical’s US subsidiary, CJ Foodville’s US subsidiary, and LS Cable’s Australian subsidiary to support participants from pre-education to local work experience and post-management.
Target countries include nine countries such as the United States, Japan, and Australia, and a total of 551 people will be recruited. Selected young people will receive a monthly allowance of 1.5 million won, and additional preparation funds of up to 3 million won will be provided depending on the country.

Last year, 486 young people gained job experience at organizations such as NASA (USA), the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Australia), and NRW Promotion Agency (Germany). According to participant satisfaction surveys, it received a high rating of 4.16 out of 5 points.
