TAK Information System has obtained the internationally recognized information security standard certification, ‘ISO/IEC 27001:2022’ and announced it on the 18th. The certification is the latest international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), formulated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

‘ISO/IEC 27001:2022’ is awarded only when all criteria are met after evaluating the security management system aimed at maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. The 2022 revision includes measures to address emerging security threats such as cyber attacks, cloud environments, and zero-trust architectures, focusing on a risk-based approach.

This certification covers all business areas of TAK Information System, including MES, PIMS, groupware, computer vision-based defect classification, intelligent video surveillance, chatbot, and infrastructure system construction.

Through this certification, TAK Information System has secured its capability to protect customer information assets according to international standards. It has also laid the foundation for providing global IT services.

The company explained that this certification is a result of its continuous investment and efforts in information protection. It emphasized that the organization’s information management activities have been systematized on a risk-based approach, representing an achievement that goes beyond mere system implementation.
