Seoul will host the “2025 Startup Support Program Integration Session” at the Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok Conference Hall on April 4, providing customized support information for innovative technology startups based in Seoul. The city plans to invest a total of 26.5 billion won this year to support about 800 startup companies.

This session will introduce Seoul’s representative startup support projects such as Open Innovation, Global Expansion, Residency Support, and R&D projects in one setting. Five cooperation entities of the Seoul Startup Hub will also participate to guide private programs and collaboration plans.

The Open Innovation project is an open innovation model that promotes collaboration between large/mid-sized enterprises and startups, including technology proof-of-concept (PoC), commercialization task support, and follow-up investment linkages. This year, it aims to facilitate collaborations between approximately 120 large/mid-sized enterprises and 250 startups.

The Global Expansion project supports the entire process for 350 startups, including strategies for overseas expansion, acceleration, participation in overseas exhibitions, and local corporation establishment. The residency support for early-stage startups will be offered to about 440 companies through 23 startup support facilities.

Additionally, the city plans to invest a total of 41 billion won in R&D projects focused on advanced technologies such as AI, supporting all stages from technology development and proof-of-concept to market entry.

The session will be conducted for free, with pre-registration available via a QR code on the poster. On-site registration on the day is also permitted. Detailed information can be found on the Seoul startup platform “Startup Plus” website.
