The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (hereinafter referred to as MOSS) has begun recruiting companies to expand the online export of SMEs.
MOSS announced on the 11th that it will recruit companies to participate in the ‘2025 E-commerce Export Market Entrance Support Project’ until the 25th.
This project is carried out to support SMEs in entering overseas markets by supporting entry into global shopping malls and the operation of their own online shopping malls. In the global platform sales support sector, it supports entry, consignment sales, and marketing in major shopping malls such as Amazon, Shopee, and Olive Young Global, with 2,270 companies as targets.
In the self-mall entry sector, it supports costs necessary for building online shopping malls based on foreign languages, adopting IT services, and promotion and marketing, and will select 46 companies.

The support method is tailored according to the company’s entry purpose and preparation level. In the case of consignment sales, a local professional seller handles the entire process, including product registration, marketing, customer response, and delivery, and entry support includes basic marketing to establish a sales base. Companies that have already entered can receive marketing-oriented support to strengthen their brand and increase sales.
The actual performance is also confirmed. Last year, Gracemedi Co., Ltd., which entered Amazon in the United States, achieved an annual export amount of $655,000 in just seven months after receiving marketing training and customized consulting. This is an increase of 797% compared to the previous year, and the number of exporting countries also increased from 3 to 7.
Lee Sun-bae, Director of Global Growth Policy at MOSS, said, “Last year, SMEs accounted for $1.01 billion of the total online export amount of $1.38 billion in Korea,” emphasizing the crucial role of SMEs in the overall export structure.
He added, “In a situation where global market uncertainties are increasing, we must seize the opportunity to diversify export countries and items through online exports.”
The ‘E-commerce Export Market Entrance Support Project’ can be applied for online through the Gobiz Korea website.
