AI video analysis specialist Siilab (KOSDAQ 189330, CEO Lee Woo-young) participated in the 2025 AWS Partner Cloud Solution Conference to present AI automation and cloud conversion cases for the manufacturing industry. This event was held on March 25 at the Lotte Hotel Seoul and was attended by over 1,000 manufacturing industry stakeholders.
On this day, Siilab focused on system automation cases applying Vision AI technology and introduced ways to improve analytical accuracy utilizing Vision Language Model (VLM). They emphasized that operating AI analysis models based on AWS Cloud can maximize quality enhancement, process optimization, and cost reduction effects.
Furthermore, a strategy for advancing smart factories by integrating digital twin technology and Vision AI was proposed. They shared methods to enhance automation levels and accelerate digital transformation speed through examples applied in actual manufacturing sites.
In addition, Siilab unveiled an AI-based automatic sanitary management solution ‘XAIVA On-Device’ targeting bio and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) industrial sites at the event booth. This product is designed to check real-time sanitary wear compliance and cleanroom personnel movement by a mobile kiosk equipped with an on-device AI model.
The AI object detection and tracking technology can automatically identify minute elements like hair and mustache within one second, significantly shortening existing sanitary inspection procedures. Additionally, it adopts a lightweight AI model that can maintain high performance even in limited computing environments, ensuring high productivity and cost-efficiency for industries such as semiconductors and biotechnology.
CEO Lee Woo-young of Siilab stated, “Demand for manufacturing innovation based on AI and cloud is rapidly expanding,” and “With the collaboration with AWS, we will continue to expand the application of Vision AI technology across various industries and support customer-tailored process innovations.”
Founded in 2010, Siilab is a Vision AI specialized company listed on KOSDAQ in 2021. Its main businesses include AI real-time video analysis (VidiGo, X-AIVA), AI synthetic data generation for learning (X-GEN), and GPU tooling solutions (AstraGo).
