Duzon Bizon is a leading domestic ICT company that has developed an AI-based corporate tax adjustment system. Recently, it introduced a generative AI tool called ‘OneAI’ to support corporate operations such as accounting, tax, human resources, and electronic payments. The Rural Development Administration is reviewing how to apply such technology to manage agricultural research data.

Director Kim stated, “If generative AI technology is introduced in the analysis and management of agricultural research data, researchers and farmers could receive more quick and accurate information,” and added, “We aim to establish a system to efficiently utilize big data.”

The Rural Development Administration is currently promoting various data-driven projects in the agricultural research sector, such as establishing a digital breeding platform. It is expected that securing AI-aided data processing technology will significantly enhance research efficiency and policy execution capabilities.

Ho-cheol Song, Head of the Platform Business Division at Duzon Bizon, said, “If we apply and utilize the diverse big data collected at agricultural research sites with recently developed generative AI, we could create a new system that improves customized information provision for farmers and research efficiency.”

The Rural Development Administration plans to continue pursuing research innovation using advanced technology, thereby strengthening policies based on agricultural data.
