The recruitment targets are companies established within three years, initial startups, and venture-certified enterprises.

Companies can sign an initial one-year contract and, based on an extension evaluation, can stay for up to five years.

The evaluation will consist of an initial document review to select 1.5 times the number of applicants, followed by a presentation evaluation. The finally selected companies will move in during July.

The Guangjin Economic Hub Center offers affordable rent, high-end IT infrastructure, and supports entrepreneurship education and consulting programs.

Shared facilities include a live commerce studio, a mobile app testbed, and a brand photo zone.

Companies can also receive investment linkages and entrepreneurship support consulting through the entrusted operator Eunsle Partners.

Currently, 56 companies are residing in the center, and this recruitment aims to newly select about 34 companies.

Kim Kyung-ho, the mayor of Gwangjin-gu, stated, “Our role is to support promising startups to grow stably and become a new driving force for the local economy.”
