The Gwangjin Career Experience Support Center, known as “Haebom,” has been selected as an excellent center for two consecutive years in the 2024 Comprehensive Evaluation of Career Experience Support Centers conducted by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.
The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education annually evaluates the operational performance of career experience support centers across the 25 districts of Seoul, awarding ratings of excellent, average, or insufficient. The evaluation criteria include on-site inspections, user satisfaction, and budget execution review. The Gwangjin Center received high scores across all categories.
The Gwangjin Center operates career and job experience programs tailored to the age and level of young people, in collaboration with schools, universities, and the community, building an organic career education network.

Last year, the center operated a total of 23 career and job experience programs, with 30,623 students participating through initiatives such as “Haebom University,” in partnership with local universities like Konkuk University and Sejong University, and the local workplace experience program “Cheongjinggi.”
The center has been awarded the “Excellent Center” rating, given only to the top five districts in evaluations, and has completed the installation of a plaque recognizing this distinction.
Kim Kyung-ho, the mayor of Gwangjin District, stated, “We will continue to expand career experience programs so that young people can explore various career worlds and proactively discover their aptitudes and career paths.”
