Seoul’s Gangbuk-gu announced that it would operate a free employment support program for young people to enhance their job competency starting in May.
This program will be held twice weekly at the Gangbuk-gu Youth Job Center (2F, 28, Deokneung-ro 28-gil) and will run a total of 72 sessions until the end of the year. The main content includes self-introduction and interview clinics, mentoring from current workers, and establishing job strategies through identifying recruitment trends.
The courses are tailored for young participants, and any young individuals preparing for employment can participate for free. Registration is possible through the QR code on the May program poster of the Gangbuk-gu Youth Job Center.
The Youth Job Center operates various programs regularly, including career and job counseling, personality type tests, self-introduction and interview clinics, and providing video interview rooms. A study lounge for learning and job preparation is also available.
All programs are available for free, and registration can be done through Naver Reservations.
A representative from Gangbuk-gu stated, “We will continue to provide practical and systematic support so that young people residing or living in Gangbuk-gu can prepare for employment without burden.”
