Exhibition and convention specialists Funpack and AI solutions company Sallin have joined forces to digitally enhance exhibition, expo, and conference guidance services.

On the 7th (Monday), the two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for ‘AI-guided services in the exhibition and convention sector’ at Sallin’s headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and agreed to jointly develop guidance services using Sallin’s AI Talker solution.

Under this agreement, Funpack will introduce AI Talker at major domestic and international exhibition and expo venues, as well as conference events it operates and manages. Various information required by attendees, such as event overviews, booth and participating organization information, program outlines, schedules and locations, registration procedures, and facilities will be promptly provided.

AI Talker supports multiple languages and has voice recognition capabilities, enabling accurate and immediate information delivery to both domestic and overseas participants. Attendees can access information through various channels like kiosks, mobile web, and voice services, enhancing guidance efficiency and viewing convenience.

Funpack stated that this collaboration will allow them to provide more courteous and efficient guidance services at exhibition and convention venues while contributing to eco-friendly ESG event operations by reducing printed materials.

Sallin announced that AI Talker will become the first practical case of improving the visitor experience on-site, and is planning to expand guidance services across the exhibition and convention industry.

The two companies plan to expand their cooperative scope to the entire MICE industry and continue to pursue the advancement of AI-based guidance services.
