Dongguk Systems held the ‘2025 Compliance and Ethical Management Declaration Ceremony’ on February 19, 2025, with more than 30 managers and members from the labor-management council (CLG) and headquarters attending, expressing a commitment to corporate-wide practice.
The purpose of this ceremony was to emphasize compliance and ethical management not just as a declaration but as an essential value all employees must practice, and to establish a corporate culture based on trust and create differentiated value. It also includes ambitions to actively implement ESG management policies for sustainable growth.
Kim O-ryeon, CEO of Dongguk Systems, stated, “Compliance and ethical management are the key elements for sustainable growth and trust-building of a company,” and emphasized, “Let us thoroughly practice this to become a leading model company in the industry.”
CLG workers’ representative, Kim Ki-tae, head of the Network Sales Team, expressed firm determination, saying, “We will strictly adhere to and practice ethical standards to solidify trust with our clients and vendors.”
Dongguk Systems plans to operate regular compliance and ethical management programs going forward, not ending with this declaration, and to fulfill corporate social responsibilities. They also plan to actively pursue ESG management to grow into a company trusted by customers and society.
