The Ministry of Environment announced on June 2 that the ‘EV Trend Korea 2025’ will be held from June 3 to 5 at COEX, Seoul. This event is arranged to introduce technologies related to electric and hydrogen vehicles and charging infrastructure, and to discuss measures to expand the distribution of zero-emission vehicles.
A total of 91 companies will participate in the event to showcase various new technologies related to electric vehicles, hydrogen vehicles, and charging technology. In addition to the exhibition, expert seminars, export and investment consultations, and opportunities to test drive electric and hydrogen vehicles will also be provided.

The opening ceremony will take place at 10:30 am on June 4 in COEX Hall A. An Sae-chang, Director of the Climate and Carbon Policy Division at the Ministry of Environment, will deliver the opening speech, and the Secretary-General of the International Transport Forum will also give a congratulatory address. During the opening ceremony, the Minister of Environment’s awards will be presented to exemplary companies contributing to electric vehicle production and charging infrastructure development, as well as to companies participating in K-EV100. The award-winning companies include Kia Motors, Bright Energy Partners, Hana Capital, and Shinheung Transportation.
An Sae-chang, Director of the Climate and Carbon Policy Division at the Ministry of Environment, said, “Continuous technological innovation is important for the mainstream adoption of zero-emission vehicles. We will work closely with manufacturers, charging operators, and battery companies to expand the distribution of eco-friendly vehicles.”
‘EV Trend Korea 2025’ is hosted by the Ministry of Environment and organized by the Korea Automobile Environmental Association, the Korea Battery Industry Association, and COEX. Detailed event schedules can be found on the official website.
