Samsung SDS held a customer invitation event ‘REAL Summit 2025’ at COEX in Seoul on the 11th and unveiled its ‘AI Full-stack’ service strategy, which covers all areas including infrastructure, consulting, platforms, and solutions for AI transformation and corporate innovation strategies based on AI agents.

The event saw a turnout of over 8,000 on-site attendees, along with an online audience, bringing the total to approximately 15,000 participants.

Declaration of the AI Agent Era

During the keynote speech, Junhee Lee, CEO of Samsung SDS, emphasized the impact of generative AI on overall business. He noted, “The era of AI agents performing tasks autonomously beyond AI assistants is officially opening.” For example, booking a business trip flight requires only a single request to analyze personal schedules, preferences, and past usage to find and book the optimal flight, he explained.

Lee further mentioned that the introduction of AI agents would usher in unprecedented innovation in efficiency and speed for companies. Highlighting the need for a reliable IT partner during the AI transformation process, which requires a shift in the entire operational approach of a company, he reaffirmed Samsung SDS’s commitment to fulfilling that role.

Introduction of AI Full-stack Service

The AI Full-stack service announced by Samsung SDS encompasses all necessary areas for implementing and operating AI technology. It plans to provide stable support for complex AI projects by offering integrated infrastructure, data processing, security capabilities, consulting, platforms, and solutions.

Based on its Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP), Samsung SDS unveiled various services. The generative AI platform ‘FabriX’ connects large language models (LLM) with enterprise systems for immediate application in business tasks. The collaboration solution ‘Brity Copilot’ provides functions such as meeting minute creation and translation for practical use, while ‘Brity Automation’ was introduced as a tool for automating repetitive tasks.

Additionally, Samsung SDS aims to accelerate the AI transition of customer companies through its accumulated AI consulting experience and construction know-how.

The event featured presentations from global partners sharing collaboration case studies. Peter Pluim, head of Enterprise Cloud Services at SAP, highlighted their provision of SAP S/4HANA private cloud based on Samsung SDS’s secure and efficient data centers while introducing various service utilization strategies.

Recently, Samsung SDS became the first Korean company to be selected as a Premium Supplier by SAP, actively advancing SCP-based ERP transition projects. Michael Dell, Chairman of Dell Technologies, participated via video, stating, “We will combine the infrastructure expertise of Dell with Samsung SDS, a leader in AI solutions, to create global AI innovations together.”

Domestic company cases were also presented. KB Financial Group explained how they leveraged FabriX to develop AI agents connected to real business tasks such as personal asset management, corporate finance services, and financial consulting, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and productivity. Wonik Group’s Executive Vice President Kyungho Kim mentioned how the multilingual interpretation and automatic meeting notes generation functions of Brity Copilot facilitated global collaboration, and the recently launched AI work assistant ‘Personal Agent’ enhanced task continuity and processing speed.

Expansion Centered on AI Agents

Samsung SDS introduced FabriX as a platform for easily producing, sharing, and applying AI agents in business. FabriX supports collaboration among multiple AI agents using its Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication technologies, allowing them to yield optimal results.

Brity Copilot is evolving into a ‘Personal Agent’ that provides personalized support based on the user’s work data, and it plans to expand its usage in real work environments through various features such as real-time multilingual conference interpretation, major schedule notifications, work-related information recommendations, automatic responses, and voice command-based task processing.
