Hyundai and Kia are significantly expanding their partner company recruitment connection program aimed at young job seekers.

On the 25th, Hyundai and Kia announced that they would be operating the mutual growth program ‘2025 Here We Go!’ to broaden employment opportunities for young talents and support partner companies in securing talents. Started last year, this program is an employment linkage system that connects job training, internships, and hiring in one seamless process.

The target audience is young people aged 19 to 34 who are interested in the automotive industry. Upon completing the training, excellent partners are given internship opportunities, which can lead to full-time employment based on internship performance.

This year, the number of participants has been doubled from 80 to 160. The training will be conducted in three regions. In the Yeongnam region, 60 people will be selected for training at the Hyundai Motor Group Global Partnership Center in Gyeongju, while in the metropolitan area, 70 will be trained at the Ansan SME Training Center. In the Chungcheong and Honam regions, 30 participants will be recruited for training in July for four weeks.

Those who complete the training will be given the opportunity for an internship with partners, alongside the training completion grant. The internship period is three months, and outstanding participants may be hired as regular employees by the partner companies. The program also plans to strengthen employment connections with additional support such as Partner PR DAY and mentoring programs.

A Hyundai and Kia official stated, “We plan to provide practical job experience for young people and create job opportunities that allow for mutual growth with partners,” adding, “We will support partner recruitment in various ways.”
