Samsung Electronics announced the advent of the “genuine AI TV era” by launching its 2025 AI TV new products on the 7th, focusing on artificial intelligence.

These new products are not just for content viewing but are designed to predict users’ lifestyle patterns, preferences, and intentions to offer a customized experience. Samsung Electronics unveiled new AI features centered on three pillars: ‘AI Home,’ ‘AI Assistant,’ and ‘AI Viewing Optimization.’

‘AI Home’ analyzes lifestyle patterns and indoor environments to automatically control connected home appliances like air conditioners and air purifiers, and it also offers anomaly detection alerts. It includes monitoring functions for pets and infants.

‘AI Assistant’ enhances content exploration convenience with features like real-time caption translation and ‘Click to Search,’ which provides related information with one click. The ‘AI Viewing Optimization’ function includes ‘8K·4K AI Upscaling Pro’ to upscale low-resolution videos to high-resolution, ‘Auto HDR Remastering Pro’ for applying real-time HDR effects, and ‘Color Booster Pro’ for scene-by-scene color improvement.
