The ‘2025 Smart SMT&PCB Assembly (SSPA 2025)’ exhibition, where next-generation electronic device manufacturing technologies can be explored in one place, will be held at the Suwon Convention Center from April 2 to 4.
Now in its fourth year, this event focuses on highlighting the latest trends in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and electronic manufacturing solutions, which are key processing technologies in cutting-edge industrial fields such as mobile, semiconductor packaging, electric vehicles, and artificial intelligence.
This exhibition will feature participation from 165 companies, occupying a total of 550 booths, making it the largest to date with space expanded to the lobby. Major participants include Hanwha Semitek, Yamaha, and Fuji, all of which handle main SMT equipment such as chip mounters.
With AI technology integrated into electronic manufacturing processes, numerous companies possessing related technologies such as smart factory software, manufacturing execution systems (MES), big data, and programming solutions will also participate.

The event also features a variety of side events. The Korea Surface Mount Industry Association will prepare seminars on electronic assembly technology and market trends, while the Korea Industrial Technology Association will conduct practical training on SMT/PCB failure type analysis. IPC KOREA will host an international standard regular meeting, and several participating companies will hold their own technical seminars.
During the exhibition, free shuttle buses will operate for the convenience of visitors. Shuttle buses can be used from long-distance areas such as Gwanggyo Central Station, Gwangmyeong Station, Dongtan Station, as well as from Daegu and Gumi. The Daegu and Gumi routes can be used free of charge after a prior application process.
The ‘SSPA MEMBERS’ membership introduced for the first time this year provides various benefits such as automatic pre-registration processing, industrial trend information provision, and access to job boards. Registration is possible through the official website, and free pre-registration is also underway.
