Article 6: Procedures and Methods for Personal Information Deletion

Users can access and edit their personal information or request membership withdrawal at any time. Profile updates can be made through the “Edit Profile” section after logging in. However, some data, such as ID and name, may not be modifiable.

To delete an account, users must proceed through the “Membership Withdrawal” option on the website. This action will permanently erase all user information, and rejoining may be restricted.

Deletion Procedure

  • Information entered by users is stored in a separate database (or paper records) once its purpose has been fulfilled.
  • Stored personal information is deleted after a specified retention period unless required by law.
