LG Electronics, led by CEO Joo Hwan Cho, is participating in the ‘Design & Construction Week (DCW) 2025’ held in Las Vegas, USA from the 25th to the 27th local time.

DCW is a comprehensive exhibition where the largest kitchen and bathroom exhibition in the U.S., ‘The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS)’, and the international construction exhibition ‘International Builders’ Show (IBS)’ are held simultaneously. It is an event where you can see the trends in global interior, construction, and home appliance industries at a glance.

LG Electronics prepared its largest-ever 1,282㎡ exhibition space this time, presenting the new lineup of its ultra-premium built-in appliance brand ‘SKS’ and high-efficiency premium appliances, as well as AI-based smart home solutions. This year marks the first time LG is participating in IBS to expand its connections with construction and building industry officials and is officially entering the U.S. B2B home appliance market.

Ryu Jae-cheol, head of LG Electronics’ Home Appliances & Air Solution Company, emphasized, “Based on customers’ trust, we will continue to innovate technologically and expand our influence in the B2B home appliance market.”

LG is expanding its presence in the U.S. B2B construction market by participating in IBS for the first time this year. IBS is an international construction exhibition hosted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), attracting a large number of builders, construction companies, and interior designers.

LG has set up a 260㎡ exhibition space this time to present ‘total space solutions’ optimized for various residential types such as single-family homes, apartments, and studios. In particular, it plans to propose a new space innovation model to B2B customers through solutions that combine home appliances, air conditioning, and AI home technology.

The exhibition features AI-based IoT devices such as smart plugs, smart switches, humidity and temperature sensors, and motion sensors that are linked with the smart home platform ‘LG ThinQ’. LG’s professional builder sales organization, ‘LG Pro Builder’, is also on site to provide customized consultations and create tangible business opportunities.

At KBIS 2025, LG is setting up a 1,022㎡ exhibition space to showcase new lineups of its premium kitchen appliances brand ‘SKS’ and high-efficiency premium appliances.

Recently, LG rebranded its ‘Signature Kitchen Suite’ brand as ‘SKS’, maintaining its existing brand philosophy of being ‘True to Food’ while applying a more intuitive brand naming.

The exhibition will unveil items like an integrated hood optimized for island kitchen systems, hidden induction, and all-free induction for the first time. Additionally, the 36-inch ‘Cookzone Free Induction Pro Range’, which combines induction and oven, is introduced, allowing visitors to experience smart cooking functions using the LG ThinQ app.

The high-efficiency premium appliances also attract attention. The dryer with a dual inverter heat pump provides excellent drying performance and energy efficiency, and the washing machine equipped with the AI DD motor implements more precise washing by analyzing the type and weight of the fabric. The ‘Fit & Max refrigerator’, which minimizes gaps between the refrigerator and the wall, will also be on display.

LG Electronics has prepared a space to experience AI-based smart home technology at this exhibition.

Spaces where visitors can directly experience ‘ThinQ UP’, which adds AI functionality to existing appliances, and ‘ThinQ Care’, which monitors product status in real-time, have been created. Through this, LG aims to emphasize a differentiated user experience by utilizing AI technology.

Through its participation in DCW 2025, LG plans to further solidify its position in the U.S. B2B home appliance market.
