Kia is set to unveil new electric vehicle models that will change the paradigm of the EV market. On the 13th, Kia released teaser images and videos of two new vehicles and one concept car that will be unveiled at the ‘2025 Kia EV Day’, including ▲The Kia EV4 ▲The Kia PV5 ▲The Kia Concept EV2.
At the ‘2025 Kia EV Day’ to be held at the Tarraco Arena in Tarragona, Spain at the end of February, Kia will announce its strategy to solidify its leadership in the EV market along with new electric vehicle models.
The EV4, first revealed as a concept car at the 2023 EV Day, is the fourth dedicated electric vehicle to be introduced in the domestic market following the EV6, EV9, and EV3. Along with the EV3, which will lead the popularization of electric vehicles, it is expected to establish itself as a new type of electrified sedan.
In the released teaser images, the side profile of the EV4 features an innovative silhouette that breaks away from traditional sedan stereotypes, showing the direction of Kia’s next-generation electrified sedan.

The PV5, introduced as a concept car at last year’s CES, is Kia’s first PBV (Purpose Built Vehicle) model applying a new platform dedicated to PBV. It features a robust and futuristic design based on practicality.
The teaser images highlight the Star Map signature lighting and clean body lines, with simple yet powerful design elements hinting at the direction of Kia’s PBV lineup.

The Concept EV2, being unveiled for the first time, is a compact SUV featuring an innovative and adventurous style. It is designed to be suitable for both urban lifestyle and outdoor activities.
The front features a split Star Map signature lighting that harmonizes with the robust body, creating a powerful yet sophisticated exterior.

Meanwhile, Kia plans to announce its expanded electrification strategy along with the new vehicle unveiling at the ‘2025 Kia EV Day’. In particular, the company will also reveal its PBV business and product strategy, starting with the PV5, Kia’s first dedicated PBV model.
