EBS will supply eBook rental licenses for its high school and exam study materials to the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education from April 14th.

In collaboration with the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education, EBS will start its eBook service for high school students on April 14th. Through this initiative, approximately 13,000 high school students in the Chungbuk region will be able to use around 270 types of EBS’s college entrance exam and learning materials for free until February next year.

The eBook service is provided through the ‘Dachatium’ multidimensional student growth platform operated by the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education. Especially for third-year high school students preparing for exams, the ‘Chaum Su-neung’ service allows them to access exam-related materials as eBooks and engage in learning linked with lecture content. The service also provides a learning planner and note function, offering the same learning environment as the existing EBS eBook service.

First and second-year high school students can select from a variety of materials for study before the exam preparations begin in earnest. From EBS-published high school materials, they can freely choose 12 books and pre-select upcoming publications such as the ‘Su-neung Complete’ and mock exam series to plan their learning schedule.

This license supply is part of a public education support policy aimed at expanding access to learning resources and bridging regional educational gaps. The Chungbuk Office of Education supports individualized learning for students, while EBS actively contributes to supplementing public education through digital content.

EBS stated, “As an educational broadcasting corporation complementing school education and realizing lifelong education, we will continue to expand learning content tailored to the digital environment.”
